RESERVATION :

The reservation will be effective upon receipt of the deposit of 50% of the total amount of the stay.

LENGTH OF STAY:

The customer signing this contract concluded for a fixed period may not under any circumstances se  take advantage of any right to remain in the premises at the end of the stay.

CANCELATION:

Cancellations can significantly affect the management of our guest rooms which forces us to a strict cancellation policy.
Any cancellation must be notified by post or email.
If the cancellation occurs up to 8 days before the start of the stay, the deposit will be fully refunded.
From the 7th day and until the day before the day of arrival, 50% of the total will be due. In the event of a late cancellation on the day of arrival, the total amount of the stay will be due.
Any stay started is due in full.
If before the start of the stay, we are forced to cancel the stay, we will inform you of this by post or email and you will be reimbursed immediately and without penalty for the sums paid.

ARRIVAL:

You must arrive between 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m., for an arrival outside this time slot, please contact us by phone or email.

DEPARTURE:

We thank you for leaving the premises before 10:30 a.m.

PAYMENT OF THE BALANCE:

The balance of the stay will be requested on the day of your departure.
Method of payment: bank check, bank transfer, credit card, cash.

OCCUPANCY OF PREMISES / OBLIGATION OF TENANTS

The tenant will peacefully use the rented room and the furniture and equipment, will use it in accordance with the destination of the premises and will be liable for any damage and losses that may occur during the duration of his stay.
He will have to avoid any noise likely to disturb the neighbors, in particular those which are emitted by the apparatuses of radio, television and night stays on the terrace and in the garden. Noisy gatherings and parties are prohibited.
The tenant may not exercise any recourse against the Lessor in the event of theft and damage to the rented premises.
He will respect the maximum number of people who can enter the premises, in accordance with the description given to him.
The guest rooms La Tuilerie is a non-smoking place, smoking areas with the provision of ashtrays are provided in various places outside the house. In case of non-compliance, the Lessor may request the cleaning of the curtains and other measures to remove the smell.
If the next tenant refuses the rental because of the smell, the tenant will be responsible for compensation.

ABILITY :

The house is planned for a maximum capacity of 10 people, divided as follows:
La Benjamine room: 2 people
La Cadette room: 2 people
La Cousine room: 2 people
L'Aînée family room: 4 people maximum
If the number of occupants exceeds the number of customers indicated during your reservation, we reserve the right to refuse the additional people. In this case, any modification or termination of the contract will be considered at your initiative.

ANIMAL RECEPTION:

Animals are not allowed. In the event of non-compliance with this clause, the owner may refuse the stay: no refund will then be made.

ASSURANCE :

The customer is liable for all damages caused by him. It is required to be insured by a resort-type insurance contract for these various risks.
Insurers very often provide this coverage at no additional cost in your home insurance.

DISPUTE :

Any dispute or claim relating to these general conditions of reservation or cancellation will be brought before the competent French court.
